General Terms and Eligibility

baji afflicted is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. Throughout this document, "platform" refers to the baji afflicted website, mobile app, and all related digital channels.

To be eligible to register and use the platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, and online gaming must be legally permitted in your place of residence.
• You must play on your own behalf and using your own funds — playing on behalf of someone else or using a third party's money is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period at the time of registration.

Even if you do not explicitly confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms, this agreement takes effect from the moment you begin using the platform.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

When registering on the baji afflicted platform, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address, and any other required details. Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are needed for the same person, or if more than one member of the same household wishes to operate separate accounts from the same device, please contact the support team in advance.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification (Know Your Customer) documents may be requested before a deposit or withdrawal, or at any time at the platform's discretion. These may include a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. If valid documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, allow third parties to use your account, or leave your account logged in on someone else's device. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify the support team.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on the baji afflicted platform are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposits must come from a payment method that is registered in and owned by your own name. Any payment made from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account will be subject to review.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.

Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met. Large withdrawals may take additional time to process if identity verification documents have not been submitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to withdraw is ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000. For a larger deposit: a deposit of ৳30,200 earns a bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳45,200, and the wagering requirement is ৳15,000 × 15 = ৳2,25,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, applicable game types, and minimum wagering requirements.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be fully met.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time unless a specific promotion's rules state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, baji afflicted reserves the right to cancel any bonus and review the associated account.
• Bonus funds are not counted as direct cash and cannot be withdrawn until the conditions are met.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The baji afflicted VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback is ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cashout feature is available for a specific game or betting market, in which case it may be used under the applicable conditions. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details carefully before confirming a bet.

5.2 Results and Dispute Resolution

The baji afflicted platform uses server-side data and verifiable sources to determine the results of games and events. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, the platform has the right to correct it in line with the actual result. Any dispute regarding a result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

5.3 Odds Changes

In live betting, odds may change at the moment a bet is confirmed. The platform makes every effort to ensure that the odds at the time of placing the bet apply, but minor differences may occur due to technical reasons. In the case of a significant difference, the bet will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

5.4 Slots and Casino Games

All slot games and casino games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and each result is completely independent. A player's previous results have no effect on future results.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji afflicted platform. Violating this section may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Bonus arbitrage by strategically placing low-risk bets to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Using programs, bots, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same user or opening accounts under different names.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or making threats toward other users or staff.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software or security systems.
• Exploiting technical errors in games to gain an unfair advantage.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Platform Rights

baji afflicted reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account if:

• Evidence is found of any prohibited activity described in Section 6.
• Information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Financial security or fraud prevention requires it.

7.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. The closure will take effect after all pending bets are settled and outstanding withdrawals are processed. If you request self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy, the appropriate action will be taken.
